Embarking on the journey health and beauty

2011

In 2011, Huaantang was established in Guangzhou, becoming one of the earliest cosmetics enterprises to obtain ISO 22716 certification.

In 2012, the company built an innovative R&D platform and established an overseas fashion intelligence agency.

In 2013, in partnership with Watsons, Huaantang co-launched the SKIN advanced Zhuoyan brand, centered on platinum as its core ingredient.

In 2014, the company expanded into research areas including basic chemical raw material manufacturing, bio-based material technology development, and cell technology research and application.


Building a Diversified Business Portfolio

2015

In 2015, a comprehensive scientific research laboratory integrating clinical testing, cell research, microbial source analysis, and physicochemical testing functions was completed.

In 2016, in partnership with Watsons, Huaantang launched the UISS VITALE(奢睿) men's brand and the LaSuissDerm(睿致肌) brand.

In 2017, the scalp care brand Förtro(赋强) became a wholly-owned brand under the company.

In 2018, Huaantang established a global strategic partnership with Watsons.

In 2019, the construction of a complete overseas supply chain was completed.



Driving Digital and Intelligent Transformation

2020

In 2020, the company independently incubated the anti-aging brand SKINLANE (肌侣).

In 2020, the Health & Beauty Technology Industry (Panyu) Demonstration Base was established in Panyu, creating an intelligent industrial park.

In 2021, the company introduced the renowned international brand JCprogram (自由之丘) to develop in the domestic market.

In 2022, the Tokyo Stem Cell Research Institute was established, marking the company's expansion into the field of regenerative medicine.

In 2023, the company built a synthetic biology low-carbon industry chain.

In 2024, four global joint laboratories were inaugurated, focusing on cutting-edge research in photoprotection, bio-based materials, AI aesthetics, and advanced skin science.

In 2024, in collaboration with Watsons (International), the company co-created its first OBM brand, Skincademy; promoted the Target Pro body series into the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Southeast Asian markets; and supported DFI in developing the hit Skin biotics series.


Expanding Across Diverse Industries

2025

In 2025, Huaantang formed a global strategic partnership with Lubrizol, and co-established the Life and Health Homeostasis R&D Center with Fuzhou University.


In 2025, Huaantang made a strategic investment in the AI cardiac healthcare sector, opening a new frontier in cutting-edge precision health and medical care.
